Alexanders partnered with NXTGEN to modernise their digital presence and create a scalable growth ecosystem designed specifically for the modern property market.
The existing website no longer reflected the premium positioning of the Alexanders brand or the expectations of modern property buyers and sellers. The project combined website redesign, estate agency UX optimisation, SEO, content marketing, social media growth, and paid advertising into one connected acquisition strategy focused on increasing valuations, strengthening local brand authority, and generating higher-quality buyer and seller leads. Alexanders required more than just a visual redesign — they needed a complete digital growth strategy capable of increasing visibility, generating demand, and driving measurable revenue growth across multiple acquisition channels..

NXTGEN proposed a complete digital growth strategy designed to reposition Alexanders Estate Agents as a modern, high-performing property brand while increasing valuations, seller enquiries, buyer demand, and long-term revenue growth.
Rather than approaching the project as simply a website redesign, the strategy focused on building a connected digital acquisition ecosystem across website UX, SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
The solution began with a full website redesign and brand refresh focused specifically on the behaviours of modern buyers and sellers. The new website experience was designed to improve trust, simplify property discovery, create stronger valuation enquiry journeys, and increase conversion performance across mobile and desktop devices.
Alongside the new website, NXTGEN developed a search-led SEO strategy focused on increasing visibility across high-intent local property searches, valuation keywords, and area-based discovery terms. This included technical SEO improvements, local SEO optimisation, area page strategies, internal linking, and search-focused content development designed to generate long-term organic traffic growth.
To strengthen brand awareness and demand generation, we implemented a multi-platform content and social media strategy across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google search. The strategy focused on combining property marketing, local area content, seller education, and short-form video content designed to improve discoverability across both traditional and social search platforms.
To accelerate lead generation and amplify high-performing content, we integrated targeted Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns focused on seller acquisition, valuation enquiries, remarketing, and local audience targeting. Paid campaigns were designed to support both immediate lead generation and long-term brand visibility growth.
